Spell Changes

The following existing spells were altered:

Bull's Strength: No longer variable. The base version gives +2, Empowered gives +4, maximized gives +6 (Which is higher than the base).
Burning Tempest: Cannot be recast until the spell expires.
Cat's Grace: See Bull's Strength
Circle of Death: Upon a successful fortitude save, the target is dealt (1 x Caster Level) Negative damage. Mastery of the Necromancy school increases this to (1.5 x Caster Level).
Eagle's Splendor: See Bull's Strength
Endurance: See Bull's Strength
Fox's Cunning: See Bull's Strength
Greater Restoration: Cures all negative status effects. It also heals you over a period of time scaling with Caster Level for 6 seconds.
Harm: Caps at 250 damage. Pure Clerics of at least level 21 gain an additional 100 damage. Cannot lower the target below 1 hp.
Heal: Caps at 250 points. Pure Clerics of at least level 21 gain an additional 100 points.
Horrid Wilting: Deals Negative damage instead of Magical.
Implosion: All DC penalties and bonuses have been removed. The DC will now match any other spell at its level.
Isaac's Magic Missile Storm: Both spells have been reverted to their vanilla functionality. However, Lesser Storm is capped at 60 damage (1d6 x 10) and Greater Storm is capped at 120 damage (1d6 x 20). In addition, the Shield spell now blocks all magic missile spells.
Mass Heal: Caps at 250 points.
Owl's Wisdom: See Bull's Strength
Phantasmal Killer: Successful Fort & failed Will save results in a Fear effect. Successful Fort and successful Will Save damage has been changed to (1d2 x Caster Level).
Premonition: Premonition's duration has been shortened to 1 round per 2 caster levels. Instead of Damage Reduction, it now applies 50% concealment and Sneak Attack immunity.
Raise Dead: Dead players are revived at 1 HP.
Resurrection: Dead players are revived at half of their maximum HP.
Shadow Shield: No longer grants complete immunity to Necromancy. Instead, provides +20 to all saves versus Death effects, 75% immunity to Negative Energy Damage, immunity to Negative Level, and +5 AC with 10/+3 DR.
Storm of Vengeance: Cannot be recast until the spell expires.
Wail of the Banshee: Upon a successful fortitude save, the target is dealt (1.5 x Caster Level) Negative damage. Mastery of the Necromancy school increases this to (2 x Caster Level).
Weird: Successful Fort & failed Will save results in a Fear effect. Successful Fort and successful Will Save damage has been changed to (1d3 x Caster Level).
